Openoffice – There is nothing to print.

This issue occurs when the print range for the document has inadvertently changed. Follow the guides below to fix:

  1. Click Format (menu at the top)
  2. Click Print Ranges
  3. Click Edit
  4. Change the Print Ranges to “None
  5. Click Ok
  6. You should now be able to print.

Black Screen on Windows 7 on an iMac

This usually occurs due to problems with the nVidia drivers. Follow the prompts below to repair this.

  1. Put the Windows 7 DVD into your drive and restart and boot from the DVD
  2. When the Windows 7 prompt comes up, select Repair Your Computer (on the lower left)
  3. Select your Windows installation and press Next
  4. Now you should be at the System Recovery Options, select Command Prompt
  5. Once the command prompt opens type: DEL C:WINDOWSSYSTEM32DRIVERSNVLDDMKM.SYS
  6. If you have problems with sound type:  DEL C:WINDOWSSYSTEM32DRIVERSati*.sys
  7. Now reboot
  8. You should now be in Windows 7 (however it will look a bit pale and large, this is normal)
  9. Go to the “nvidia” website and download the GT7 Series Driver for Windows 7
  10. Now install and reboot.
  11. Having done this go to the Nivida web site and download the GT 7 series drivers for Windows 7!
  12. Install the drivers and reboot.

Diablo 3 Error 37

Error 37_ occurs when the login servers for Diablo are at full capacity (occurring mainly on the Diablo 3 Launch day). To fix this issue, simply Try again until a spot has opened in the queue.

Error 317002_ occurs when the game servers for Diablo 3 are down, either for maintenance or simply have crashed, the fix for this issue is Try again!! (Also check out Diablo 3 Server Status)

iTunes could not connect to the iPod Because It is locked with a Passcode.

  1. Turn the iPod off
  2. Start iTunes
  3. Plug the iPod USB cable into the computer
  4. Press and hold the Home button down on the iPod forcing the iPod to turn on.
  5. The iPod will then boot into Recovery Mode and iTunes will prompt with a dialog “iTunes has discovered an iPod in Recovery Mode, would you like to restore?”
  6. Click Yes
  7. Wait for the restore to finish then the iPod will restart and load a freshly updated iOS
