Unblock Programs/Services in Windows Firewall

  1. Click Start
  2. Click Control Panel
  3. Click Network and Internet Connections
  4. Click Network Connections
  5. Right-click your Internet connection and click Properties
  6. Click on Advanced tab up the top of the dialog
  7. Click Settings
  8. Go to Exceptions
