Trying to upload a CSV file to get Google to create multiple users with the email address, first name, and last name & password fields and getting the “read error” trying to upload. This is how I fixed it:

1. Locate the file you are uploading and remove the “.csv” file extension. Upload the file without the extension.

To get rid of the CSV file extension, you might have to go to a folder, click on Tools, Options, Folder Options and uncheck Show File Extensions.

1. The fix, re-install Guest Additions.

1. First you need to head to “Slingshot“
2. On the right hand side, Login to Your Account.
3. Click My Internet
4. Click Internet Cache Settings
5. You will see “You currently have caching ON” and below that you will “If you’d like to change your settings, Click here”
6. Click it to turn Slingshot’s Internet Caching off
7. Give it about one minute, then restart your Broadband modem.

1. First off log into Plesk
2. Click on Websites and Domains
3. Click Hide Advanced Options (down the bottom)
4. Click on Password–protected Directories
5. Click Add Protected Directory
6. Select the folder you want to password protect and click Ok
7. Next select your newly made protected directory and click Add User
8. Add the user(s) that you want to have access to the directory including their password and click Ok
9. You have now Pass worded a directory.

1. Open Outlook
2. Click File
3. Click Help
4. Click Options
5. Click Add-ins
6. Click the Manage dropdown list
7. Click Disabled Items
8. Click Go
9. Select Addin:google..
10. Click Enable
11. Click Ok
12. Now do a Google Calender Sync
