How to completely remove Microsoft Groove

Follow the guide below to remove Microsoft Groove from your PC.

  1. Click Start (windows Orb)
  2. Click Control Panel
  3. Click Add/Remove Programs/Uninstall a Program
  4. Right click Microsoft Office
  5. Select Change
  6. Deselect the Groove component and next Next

  3. Type: services.msc
  4. On the services list scroll down to “Remote Access Connection Manager

This is also caused by an issue with Motorola Phone tools you can fix this by running it as Administrator.
