Follow the instructions below to leave the Customer Experience program for Security Essentials
- Open Microsoft Security Essentials
- Click on the low arrow (next to the Help on the right hand side)
- Click Customer Experience Improvement Program
- Check I don’t want to join the Customer Experience Improvement Program
- Click Ok
