How to install Telnet client on Windows 7

1. Click Start
   
2. Click Control Panel.
   
3. Click Programs.
   
4. Click Turn Windows Features On Or Off.
   
5. In the Windows Features dialog select the Telnet Client check box.
   
6. Click OK.
   

  You can also install the Telnet client – using the command line by running the following command from an elevated command prompt:

start /w pkgmgr /iu:”TelnetClient”
