RAS Entry Creation/Modification Error

This usually occurs when you are attempting to connecting to the Internet using a cell phone.


  1. Click Start
  2. Click Run
  3. Type: services.msc
  4. On the services list scroll down to “Remote Access Connection Manager
  5. Right click and select Start
  6. Look for Remote Access Auto Connection Manager
  7. Right click and select Start
  8. Attempt to connect now

This is also caused by an issue with Motorola Phone tools you can fix this by running it as Administrator.

  1. Right click the Motorola Phone Tools icon (usually located on the Desktop)
  2. Left click “Run as Administrator”

Cybera – Unlimited time on client and deactivated on host

This occurs when the client computer is out-of-sync with the Time/Date that the host computer has setup. In order to fix this problem go to the Client PC and set the correct Date/Time.
